• Individualized Support: Assist individuals in developing skills, achieving personal goals, and maintaining their independence through personalized care plans. Provide hands-on assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and medication reminders.
•  Daily Living Assistance: Assist individuals with their daily living skills, including medication reminders, meal preparation, hygiene, while encouraging their independence and building a positive relationship.
•  Emotional and Social Support: Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals, promoting their emotional well-being and encouraging social engagement.
•  Crisis Management: Identify and respond to challenging situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and other interventions as necessary.

What payment methods are accepted?

• This program is covered by Medicaid. If you stay within your approved number of units/hours, there is no out of pocket expense for the family. Medicaid is billed directly. If a family wishes to supplement care with additional hours, private pay is available.
