We see the person first—not the disability—by offering personalized, respectful, and empowering care.
Our Services:
- Individualized Support: Assist individuals in developing skills, achieving personal goals, and maintaining their independence through personalized care plans. Provide hands-on assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and medication reminders.
- Daily Living Assistance: Assist individuals with their daily living skills, including medication reminders, meal preparation, hygiene, while encouraging their independence and building a positive relationship.
- Emotional and Social Support: Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals, promoting their emotional well-being and encouraging social engagement.
- Crisis Management: Identify and respond to challenging situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and other interventions as necessary.

- We're here to provide exceptional assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing mental health, behavioral, or significant medical challenges, including autism.

To qualify, you’ll need to complete the required training to become a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Once certified, you can begin receiving compensation for your vital role in supporting your family member.

What payment methods are accepted?
- This program is covered by Medicaid. If you stay within your approved number of units/hours, there is no out of pocket expense for the family. Medicaid is billed directly. If a family wishes to supplement care with additional hours, private pay is available.
