Living Well with Parkinson's Disease

There may be a sense of relief when someone receives a diagnosis. However, the journey does not simply end there. People with Parkinson’s disease and their family members may go through a period of grief until they reach acceptance. Join Chris as she explains Parkinson’s Disease, how it is diagnosed, and expected side effects. Most importantly, she will provide insight into how people with Parkinson’s can live fulfilling lives after their diagnosis!

Advance Planning is Crucial for Successful Aging
