Caring Stars of 2018

When you are choosing an in-home care company for a loved one, or perhaps as a business opportunity, you want to hear from others who have had firsthand experience with running a home care agency.

Online reviews are a valuable tool when anyone is shopping around. Caring.com, a senior care resource website with over three million unique visitors monthly, provides a platform for people to share their experiences with in home care companies.

Five Homewatch CareGivers offices were recently named as Caring.com “Caring Stars of 2018” thanks to the high number of positive reviews they received, as well as for their responsiveness to not-so-positive reviews.

One example from “yfranklin,” a current client, was this review: “Home watch [sic] thank you for your kindness and support to make a better chance living for me. When nurses do come by u make sure they are a good match for me. Thanks again.” And another, from “Toogie” read: “The people at this place seem to care a lot about my brother. I really need it since I am not able to get there often. It is a relief they take care of him.”

Owners and their employees are making these meaningful connections all year with their in-home care services and professionally-trained caregivers.

“Congratulations to these top-rated in-home care agencies, for receiving high praise in online reviews from family caregivers and older adults and standing out among the best in the nation,” said Caring.com’s Karen Cassel in a press release.

To help consumers find these top-rated agencies in their state, Caring.com has listed the winners here.
