As the CEO and Owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Plano, Lewisville and Greater North Dallas, I prioritize a strong culture of caring and quality, ensuring that every aspect of my business would meet the high standards I require for care for my own family members. I have 25 years of experience in managing successful teams and developing strategic relationships, previously volunteered as a hospice caregiver, and am also a Certified Senior Advisor.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, cooking, going to the movies, adventure dining, and travel. I am happily married with no children or pets. This business, my staff, and the families we care for have my full attention.

As the Homewatch CareGivers Service Coordinator, my priority is to connect families to the caregivers that best fit their lifestyles, personalities, schedules, and care requirements. Seeing our clients and their families have a great experience with our caregivers is what motivates me every day.
I love spending time with my family when I’m not at work. I have been married since 1998 and together my husband and I have two wonderful children and our dog Lolie. We stay very busy with our kids’ many extracurricular activities: our daughter plays softball and our son plays smooth Jazz tunes on his saxophone. I also enjoy outdoor activities and watching sports with my husband.
In my position as Service Coordinator, I oversee all scheduling and am available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

As the HR Generalist at Homewatch CareGivers, my main priority is to hire staff that emulates the loving and compassionate culture found within our company. I am also likely to be the voice you hear on the phone when you call the Homewatch office!
When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my three kids and my husband. My kids' extracurriculars keep us busy. I also love Denver Broncos football, shopping, Disney, and being outside.
I love my position with Homewatch CareGivers because it allows me to connect and form relationships with each employee within the company. I think it's important that every member of the team treat our clients as if they were a member of our own families, and I believe the best way to do that is to treat our employees like family. I love that I get to help to build that family culture within our team!

In my role as Employee Relations Manager, I am responsible for hiring and supporting people that embody our culture of empathic and skilled care, and making sure their needs as employees are met so that they can consistently provide excellent care for the families that put their trust in us.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I have an amazing boyfriend and we thoroughly enjoy spoiling our dog. I am also an avid runner, having completed several marathons and plan to run more. I love doing anything outdoors, especially camping and going to the beach. I also enjoy watching sports, mainly Michigan State football and basketball. Go Green!
