As the CEO and Owner of Homewatch CareGivers of North Dallas, I prioritize a strong culture of caring and quality, ensuring that every aspect of my business would meet the high standards I require for care for my own family members. I have 25 years of experience in managing successful teams and developing strategic relationships, previously volunteered as a hospice caregiver, and am also a Certified Senior Advisor. In addition, I am honored to reside on the Board of Directors for NTAGS (North Texas Area Gerontological Society) which meets monthly to discuss our aging population and focuses on ways to improve care, quality, availability, and access for our seniors.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, cooking, going to the movies, adventure dining, and travel. I am happily married with no children or pets. This business, my staff, and the families we care for have my full attention.

I joined Homewatch CareGivers in 2014 just as my mom had been diagnosed with dementia. It has been a long, loving journey for my family. Now I not only help care for my mom, I am blessed to work with families whose loved ones are facing the same challenges. What I love best about Homewatch CareGivers is their holistic approach in delivering services. We look beyond the medical condition and focus on the whole person.
I am a life-time volunteer who believes in mentoring and have spent many years helping kids believe in themselves and achieve their highest potential. I also volunteer leading high school and university students through global studies programs in Cuba, Peru and Costa Rica.
I am the sole parent of a 25-year old daughter (adopted when she was 10) and a 22-year old son, and I can say that raising these two has been the most rewarding experience ever!
The Client Relationship Management team is an extension of our clients’ family. We support families by helping them navigate through the health care maze, identify community resources and advocacy.

As the HWCG Director of Business Operations, my focus is on ensuring that every aspect of your experience with us runs smoothly. My goal is to work closely with you and the caregivers to ensure that we are providing exceptional care. After caring for my grandmother until she passed away, I understand the importance of having trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate care.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, exercising, and most of all, spending time with my family. I have a fur baby that I love to spoil and go on many outdoor adventures with. I am an avid runner, having completed several marathons and plan to run more.
I am very passionate about my role with Homewatch CareGivers because it enables me to play a part in helping others. I firmly believe in treating every client like I would treat my own family and am looking forward to caring for you or your family! I am here to help with all your questions and concerns.

As the Homewatch CareGivers Director of Sales and Service, my priority is to connect families to the caregivers that best fit their lifestyles, personalities, schedules, and care requirements. Seeing our clients and their families have a great experience with our caregivers is what motivates me every day.
I love spending time with my family when I’m not at work. I have been married since 1998 and together my husband and I have two wonderful children and our dog Lolie. We stay very busy with our kids’ many extracurricular activities: our daughter plays softball and our son plays smooth Jazz tunes on his saxophone. I also enjoy outdoor activities and watching sports with my husband.
In my position as Director of Sales and Services, I oversee all scheduling and am available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

As the Employee Relations Manager at Homewatch CareGivers, my main priority is to hire staff that emulates the loving and compassionate culture found within our company. I am also likely to be the person who introduces you to your caregiver for the first time!
When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my three kids and my husband. My kids' extracurriculars keep us busy. I also love Denver Broncos football, shopping, Disney, and being outside.
I love my position with Homewatch CareGivers because it allows me to connect and form relationships with each and every employee and client within the company. I think it's important that every member of our team treat our clients as if they were a member of their own family, and I love being able to help build those amazing family-like connections between our clients/families and their caregiver(s)!
