Shehas 25 years of experience in managing successful teams and developing strategicrelationships, previously volunteered as a hospice caregiver, and is also a CertifiedSenior Advisor. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for NTAGS (North TexasArea Gerontological Society) which meets monthly to discuss the aging population andfocuses on ways to improve care, quality, availability, and access for seniors. WhenWendy is not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, going to the movies, adventuredining, and traveling. She is happily married with no children or pets. Cindy has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Her role asCommunity Outreach Manager allows her to develop new business opportunities forHomewatch CareGivers and its sister company, Integrity Shuttle. She also nurturesrelationships with relevant business partners in the industry who can collaborate withHomewatch Caregivers in providing combined services to its stakeholders. Nothingmakes Cindy happier than helping families find alternative care solutions for theirloved ones and identify valuable resources for them during some challenging andoverwhelming times. Cindy is proud to work with the Homewatch CareGivers team inaccomplishing these goals. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking,volunteering in the community and nurturing her garden.

Diane is passionate about listening to families in finding out how HomewatchCareGivers can help meet their home care needs and connect them to theappropriate resources. She believes in the quality of care, core values and integritythat Homewatch CareGivers embodies. Diane’s grandmother had an in-homecaregiver; she saw the impact that her services made on her family. Diane is thankfulto have been her mother’s full-time caregiver in her final years living with Alzheimer’s.She understands the importance of having trustworthy, reliable and compassionatecare. When Diane is not working, she enjoys reading mystery novels, going for longwalks, studying the Bible, and spending time with family. She is a widow, with threegrown married children. She feels blessed and adores her three young grandchildren.Diane considers it a privilege to have this position as it enables her to play a part inhelping others. She wants to be a resource for families as they navigate through theeverchanging challenges life brings in caring for their loved ones.

Kaela’s main priority is to hire staff who embody the culture and core values of thecompany. Her role is crucial to the success of the organization because HomewatchCareGivers is only as good as the caregivers it hires. It is important for caregivers totreat clients like they would treat their own family. Likewise, it is the company’s job totreat caregivers with the same care and respect. Kaela loves her position withHomewatch CareGivers because it allows her to connect and form relationships witheach employee and client within the company. When she is not working, Kaela likes tospend time with her four kids and husband. Her kids' extracurriculars keep her familybusy. She also loves the Denver Broncos football, shopping, Disney, and being outside.

Scott enjoys building and cultivat-ting good relationships by treating everyone like family with a high degree of integrity,dignity, and respect. He is incredibly passionate about and believes in providing a highlevel of service with accountability and respect. By actively listening, empathizing, andproviding solutions he demonstrates his care for others to help them navigateexceptional home care services. With a high sense of accountability, strong work ethic,humble attitude along with caring and accountable values, he looks forward toshowing you how much he cares for you, your family and loved ones. Outside of work,Scott is happily married and has a young son. He enjoys spending time with them andstaying physically active with bicycle rides, house/yard work, playing golf and watchingsports. He is incredibly honored and privileged to serve the Homewatch Community.
