She has 25 years of experience in managing successful teams and developing strategic relationships, previously volunteered as a hospice caregiver, and is also a Certified Senior Advisor. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for NTAGS (North Texas Area Gerontological Society) which meets monthly to discuss the aging population and focuses on ways to improve care, quality, availability, and access for seniors. When Wendy is not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, going to the movies, adventure dining, and traveling. She is happily married with no children or pets. The business, her staff, and the families HWCG cares for has her full attention. “My greatest joy as the owner and CEO of HWCG is working directly with the families we serve. Diane is passionate about listening to families in finding out how HWCG can help meet their home care needs and connect them to the appropriate resources. She believes in the quality of care, core values and integrity that HWCG embodies. Diane’s grandmother had an in-home caregiver; she saw the impact that her services made on her family. Diane is thankful to have been her mother’s full-time caregiver in her final years living with Alzheimer’s. She understands the importance of having trustworthy, reliable and compassionate care. When Diane is not working, she enjoys reading mystery novels, going for long walks, studying the Bible, and spending time with family. She is a widow, with three grown married children. She feels blessed and adores her three young grandchildren. Diane considers it a privilege to have this position as it enables her to play a part in helping others. She wants to be a resource for families as they navigate through the everchanging challenges life brings in caring for their loved ones.

Kaela’s main priority is to hire staff who embodies the culture and core values of the company. Her role is crucial to the success of the organization because HWCG is only as good as the caregivers they hire. It is important for caregivers to treat clients like they would treat their own family. Likewise, it is the company’s job to treat caregivers with the same care and respect. Kaela loves her position with HWCG because it allows her to connect and form relationships with each employee and client within the company. When she is not working, Kaela likes to spend time with her four kids and husband. Her kids' extracurriculars keep her family busy. She also loves the Denver Broncos football, shopping, Disney, and being outside.

Logan’s main priority is to hire staff who embodies the culture and core values of the company. He worked as a live-in caregiver while in grad school; that helped prepare him for this role. He had the opportunity to interact with caregivers for his grandparents over the last couple of years. Through this experience, Logan has developed a great perspective on what he wants from caregivers because he knows what he expects for those caring for his loved ones. When he’s not working, Logan enjoys watching the Cowboys, Mavericks, Texas Longhorns, and/or Houston Astros games. He has a super sweet dog named Chief who is also a troublemaker! Logan enjoys reading, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors. His role is crucial to the success of the organization because HWCG is only as good as the caregivers they hire. It is important for caregivers to treat clients like they would treat their own family. Likewise, it is the company’s job to treat caregivers with the same care and respect.

Kim is an extension of a clients’ family … someone else who can help navigate through the health care maze, help identify the best caregiver, advocate and identify resources, and provide encouragement and support. Seeing clients and their families experience great care is what motivates her every day. Kim has played the role of caregiver her entire life; it’s a position that is very close to her heart. As a young adult, she cared for both great grandparents and, later their only daughter, her grandmother, during the last years of their life. The precious moments she was able to spend with them were priceless. Kelly is passionate about connecting families and clients to the resources that they need. She
fully believes in the quality of care, core values and integrity that HWCG embodies. After caring
for her own grandmother until she passed, Kelly understood the importance of having
trustworthy, reliable and compassionate care. When she is not working, Kelly enjoys reading,
exercising, and most of all, spending time with family. She has a wonderful fiancé that she
cannot wait to marry. She also has a fur baby that she loves to spoil and go on many outdoor
adventures. Kelly is an avid runner, having completed several marathons. She is honored to
have this position as it enables her to play a part in helping others. She wants to be a resource
for clients and their families as they embark on their next chapter in life.
