We are available

There’s no risk to giving us a call. We don’t require an up-front deposit. We don’t have minimum hours. And you can cancel care at any time with 24 hours’ notice. You can call us during our regular office hours of 7:30am-5:00pm PT.  We also have an on-call staff member who can help arrange last minute care.

Email Us

We monitor our emails regularly during the work week. In the event that you are emailing after 4:00pm, we will respond the following business day. We look forward to hearing from you.

Immediate Care, No Matter Where You Are

We’re available to do assessments in the evening or on weekends.  We can complete paperwork via email, mail or fax.  We won’t let the paperwork get in the way of starting care.


Evaluating Our Care and Your Needs

We come to you and create a custom plan

Scheduling the Evaluation

We do an evaluation by coming to your home or to the hospital or rehab room where you are during the day, in the evening, or on weekends.  In many cases, we can conduct the evaluation the same day you contact us.  We’ll spend about an hour reviewing your needs, your background, your medical history, and the schedule that you’d like. 

Creating a Care Plan

With the information from our evaluation, we will create a detailed plan of care and identify caregivers who can meet your needs.  You may interview the caregiver in advance if you would like and if time permits.


Partnering in Care

We provide weekly progress and listen to feedback

Care Progress Reviews

We’ll call you after the first visit to ensure things went well. We’ll do regular drop-by visits to check-in.  We’ll have notes available in the home so you can see what’s taking place. We can even make the notes available online through our home care system. We have Home Care Pulse check in with families twice a year for a third party review of our quality of care.

Keeping Everyone in the Loop

Let us know how you would like to receive updates and how you’d like to notify us of changes.  Family communications can be one of the most important aspects of our job as a home care agency.

How are We Doing?

We will ask you from time to time for feedback of how we are doing. It is the only way we know to make certain we are continuing to deliver the quality care you expect from us. Quality Assurance visits are one way we we stay on top of things.
