With the growth in our valley and in our business we are urgently hiring caregivers to join our team.
We offer $50 to our caregivers and $25 to non-employees who refer a caregiver that is hired and works for us.
We provide benefits such as paid time off and basic insurance. We also regularly recognize our caregivers for their hard work by providing shift bonuses, lunches, or small gifts. Our training is second to none that I am aware of (see New Big 56 Caregiver Training).
Most importantly, we recognize our caregivers are at the Heart and Hands and the core of our business! We love and respect them and help them grow and develop and sometimes help care for some of their needs as well.
While our need to hire more caregivers is urgent, we have Not lowered our standards. We still require Each of them to have a minimum of a year experience or be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN), pass a private investigator background check (see Caregiver Screening Blog), pass a drug test and also driver license review.
We provide caregiving services all over the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Emmett, Star, Middleton, Marsing, Homedale. Our Home Care services are vital for people who desire to stay in their homes and remain independent as possible but who need a little up to extensive help to do so.
