Eric Wallentine is the owner and president of Homewatch CareGivers of Idaho, which opened in 2009. Eric is always looking for ways to continually drive quality, caregiver satisfaction and client satisfaction to its highest levels. His favorite part about being the President of Homewatch CareGivers is helping people get into the healthcare field and helping people remain in their homes if they so desire.
One of Eric’s most memorable experiences as a business owner was when he helped a client move into an independent living community and therefore significantly decrease the need for in-home care services. The positive difference this made in the client’s health and happiness was made it all worthwhile for Eric.
He holds a bachelor of engineering, master of engineering and master of business administration from the University of Utah, University of Idaho and University of Phoenix, respectively. He is currently pursuing a master of economics from Boise State University. His background in engineering and process improvement guarantees that although we are not perfect, when we make mistakes, we will fix them and find ways to not repeat them.
Eric enjoys taking rides on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and spending time with his wife, Shanell, their seven kids and five grandkids as often as possible.

Nate Benjamin joined his business partner, Eric Wallentine, shortly after Eric opened Homewatch CareGivers of Idaho in 2009 to help him develop a company to provide high quality, compassionate care to people in our community who need caregiving services.
What Nate enjoys most about his work is helping families find the care and resources they need to provide for their loved ones. Meeting one on one with families, gaining their trust and consulting with them to provide solutions is what he enjoys the most! He also enjoys working with the many community partners who share a passion for doing what’s right and assisting those in need.
Nate has a bachelor’s degree in business from Boise State University. After spending 15 years in the high tech industry and traveling abroad he was ready for a change to stay home and be more involved in the local community.
When he’s not at work, Nate loves spending time with his wife, four children, and two grandchildren. He loves the outdoors and the beautiful Idaho mountains. He also enjoys serving in his church in various capacities.
Andy Klinchuch Community Outreach ManagerAndy Klinchuch Community Outreach Manager
Andy Klinchuch, Community Outreach Manager, is our area manager for the Western part of the Treasure Valley. He has been a part of the Homewatch CareGivers team since July of 2012. Andy’s weekly tasks include meeting with families to assess their needs and develop a care plan that best fits those needs. He also meets with referral source partners to keep them updated on shared clients and other resources that are available. He helps with staffing facilities to one on one care with individual clients. His favorite part of his job is being able to help families by educating them on the resources available to help their loved ones.
Andy studied business at Boise State University and was a licensed real estate agent for 13 years before making a career switch. Surprisingly, there are some similarities in these fields: as a realtor, Andy helped families problem solve and reach their goals, just as he does with their in-home care needs.
When he is not working, Andy focuses is a family man and enjoys attending his children's sporting events, volunteering in their schools, golfing, motorsports and outdoor recreation.
LeeAnn Owens Financial Services ManagerLeeAnn Owens Financial Services Manager
LeeAnn has been the finance manager at Homewatch Caregivers since November 2018. She comes to us with 32 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, having worked most of those years in a tax and accounting office in charge of their bookkeeping and payroll departments.
The enjoyment of working with people and a love of numbers is what she enjoys, so if you call our office to discuss your invoice, you will be speaking with LeeAnn.
When not working LeeAnn enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, exploring Idaho or traveling out of state to visit their 5 children, six grandchildren and large extended family members.
Nicole Richardson Scheduling CoordinatorNicole Richardson Scheduling Coordinator
Nicole has been the lead scheduler at Homewatch CareGivers since March 2019 and is very knowledgeable about many different aspects of the caregiving industry.
She has worked as a caregiver since 2011, and has her associate’s degree in nursing.
When you call Homewatch CareGivers and ask for scheduling, you will be greeted by Nicole and she will be able to address any of your questions or concerns.
In her spare time she enjoys camping, hunting and spending time with her family.
Karen Kouba, LSW Client Care CoordinatorKaren Kouba, LSW Client Care Coordinator
Karen Kouba has been with Homewatch CareGivers (the Meridian, Idaho office) since August of 2013. Karen’s position as a client care coordinator allows her to work one-on-one with clients to promote independence, dignity, and safety. Simultaneously she is working with the caregivers to enhance care and education to facilitate the best quality for client’s needs to be met and for caregivers to have skilled training in all care they provide.
She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Boise State University and is continuing with her masters in social work at Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho.
Karen has two children living locally, a rescue cat named Romeow, and two grand-dogs. Her first loves are reading and documentaries. Those two topics are usually centered on non-fiction subjects that improve more ideas for improving the lives of the population she works with.
Lisa Johnson HR SpecialistLisa Johnson HR Specialist
Lisa has been the Human Resources Coordinator with Homewatch CareGivers since July 2019.
Lisa is the go-to person for all employee-related issues or concerns. She handles employee recruitment, the application& hiring process, benefits and the enforcement of company policies.
She has 20 years experience in the care giving industry, and genuinely enjoys assisting others with whatever they need.
Lisa loves cooking, watching sporting events, and spending time with her family and Boston Terrier named Baxter.
Susan Easton Registered NurseSusan Easton Registered Nurse
Susan has been the Homewatch CareGivers Registered Nurse since January 2019.
She was born and raised in Newport, Rhode Island and is a graduate of Mt. Ida College in Massachusetts, R.I. Hospital School of Nursing, and studied at St. Josephs College in Maine. She assists and monitors both the clients and caregivers to provide quality assurance to insure the best care possible. Her work has taken her to Asia, Florida, Massachusetts, California, and Idaho.
She has two sons that are grown and now have their own children. Susan has a small doodle puppy named Tippy and looks forward to meeting you all.

Blais Taylor has been the office and scheduling assistant since May of 2019.
She will be able to address your questions, concerns and any thoughts you might have when seeking information about home care or scheduling.
Blais received her C.N.A. in 2012, but has over 10 years of care giving experience.
Born and raised in Idaho, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her two dogs and two cats; Ted, Maxine, Nemo and Charlotte.
Stefanie Sparks Office ManagerStefanie Sparks Office Manager
Stefanie Sparks has been the Front Office Manager since July of 2019.
By working up at the front desk Stefanie is able to greet all clients, caregivers, and anyone else who may be seeking information about services we provide. She has over 5 years of office management experience, and enjoys helping all she comes in contact with.
Stephanie is a native Idahoan and enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with her 3 children.
