Tanya opened the Homewatch CareGivers of North San Diego office in August 2011. Prior to this, she had a successful career in the logistics industry with companies such as DHL, Roadway Express and other large entities. She is involved in every aspect of the business and enjoys having a relationship with every one of her clients as well as her caregiving staff. She is a Certified Senior Advisor as well as a Certified Home Care Manager and is actively involved in her community.

Be has been with Homewatch since Feb 2017 as our Operations Manager. She has over 20+ years experience with home care and facilities. She previously managed staffing, payroll, HR and billing for several large companies as well and worked for a senior placement agency. Be lives in San Diego with her husband and children.

Elva started with us in November 2017 as our Scheduling Coordinator. She is responsible for staffing all of our clients with the right caregivers and truly enjoys what she does. She has over 5 years of caregiving experience in homes and facilities. Prior to Homewatch, Elva worked as a scheduler with a large assisted living company.
Emma Hassall Recruiter and HR CoordinatorEmma Hassall Recruiter and HR Coordinator
Emma has been with Homewatch since May 2017 and is currently in the role of HR Coordinator. As such, she hires and orients all caregivers and is in charge of ensuring we are in compliance with all aspects of our State licensure. She has extensive caregiving experience at home and in facilities and has her Med-Tech certification. Emma lives in Oceanside with her husband and is a new mom.
