Our Director of Operations brings more than 15 years of experience with seniors, in hospital settings, in home care and home health care. Andrea oversees day to day operations to ensure state compliance and quality of care. She trains and supervises our caregivers, performs our free evaluation visits, and oversees our Care Managers who perform free monthly quality assurance visits.

Human Resources Manager, Traci Wilson, has been with the Homewatch Caregivers family since 2007. She is responsible for making sure the employees are paid and happy, and that the clients receive invoices each month. Traci processes Long Term Care Insurance claims, she does Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She administers the benefits that Homewatch offers their employees. Traci also functions as a Back-Up Agency Manager for Homewatch Caregivers.

Our Administrative Manager, Brent Schroeder has been with Homewatch Caregivers since 2012. He oversees operations such as scheduling and caregiver supervision. Brent is in charge of interviewing, hiring, caregiver 90 day/annual reviews, caregiver newsletter, care management for clients, IT support, and new client evaluations.

Outreach Manager, Kristine Verstraete, joined the Homewatch Caregivers team in August of 2016. Kristine has 13 years of experience serving the seniors in our community. Her previous position was with a continuum of care in Boulder County specializing in assisted living and skilled care. Kristine is responsible for outreach and relationship with the community that we serve. Kristine also focuses on caregiver recruitment, marketing duties, intake of new clients, and supporting the team by doing some of our free evaluation visits with our clients.
