I worked both private duty, and in a hospital as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) since 2011. In 2014, I had the opportunity to begin employment for a home care agency as their Human Resource Manager, where I started to understand the characteristics necessary to be an exceptional caregiver. After some time, I took on the role of the agency’s Client Care Coordinator where my role was to understand the needs of the client and to ensure that I was matching the perfect caregiver to complete the client’s care. This is where I began to understand the true impact of individualizing care based on the client’s established routine.
This passion and understanding led me to purchase my own agency in 2019, where I use my complete experience to provide the most personal, fulfilling experience for both client and caregiver.

I am married to my husband Andy since 2016. I have a 26-year-old son Sean, who currently resides in Arizona; and two stepsons, 26-year-old Sean and 23-year old Tyler, who reside in Pennsylvania. Together, Andy and I have two four-legged babies, Mia and Marco.

I have worked in Marketing, Sales and Business Development my entire life and possess a proven ability to establish and build strong relationships with clients, peers and staff. I want to be able to assist people with the resources they need to keep their loved ones fulfilled and happy.
I grew up surrounded by love and compassion and learned at a very early age what it meant to be a caretaker, both physically and emotionally. My sister had leukemia and my brother was born with disabilities. They have both since passed and I will always remember their beautiful smiles, their love and appreciation.

I’ve been happily married to my husband Dean for 33 years and we have a lovely 29-year-old daughter Alex, who is a registered nurse. I love animals and own a standard poodle named Lola.
I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) since 2009. I worked in many areas of health care including hospitals, nursing home/rehab and home care. I have had many experiences for which I am very grateful and have led me to a detailed skill set.
After deciding to take a turn in my career in 2018, I went from being a CNA to a staffing coordinator. I learned a lot about the administration of home care. That led me into deciding to go to school for Health Policy and Administration. I was very lucky and fortunate to join the team at Homewatch CareGivers in 2020 and look forward to growing as a person and employee!
My husband Ryan and I have been together since 2010 and just got married in 2018! We have 2 beautiful Labs named Abby and Daisy and can’t wait to see what the next chapter in our love story will be! In our spare time we love to travel and spend time with family and friends.
I graduated from Mary Washington University with a degree in Psychology and spent the past 20 years working in social services. I am passionate about helping families thrive, whether by building their families through adoption, providing mental health case management, child development guidance or drug and alcohol counseling. My most recent position allowed me to grow and excel in supervising and management.
Describe Why You Became a Part of Homewatch CareGivers of Central Bucks County
I love to work for organizations with a clear and passionate philosophy. Upon reading the client and caregiver reviews on the website and learning more about Homewatch CareGiver’s focus on individualized, compassionate, person-directed care, I knew I wanted to become part of the team.
I love travelling, spending time in nature, date nights with my husband and being with my children, doing just about anything. Some recent favorite moments include a family vacation to Martha’s Vineyard, playing “Moana” at Pennypack stream with my 3-year-old and 6-year-old, and trying out new dinner recipes with husband.
As a Homewatch CareGivers employee, I have the pleasure of bringing a smile to the faces of our caregivers and clients that come to visit.
When I am not at work with mommy, I am home keeping daddy company or going out for walks to let the neighborhood know they are safe as long as I am around.
I enjoy belly rubs, treats, and helping our Homewatch CareGivers family relax and remember the good things in life.
