My mother has been getting care from HWCG for about 7 months now. The caregivers very patient, especially on days where she is feeling confused or isn't in the best mood. They also take the time to sit and have a chat with her while helping with meals which means a lot to her.

We tried two other agencies, this was the only one that was reliable. My mom has early stage dementia so they made sure the same caregiver came regularly which helped build trust with her and reduce anxiety. The caregiver was patient and handled confusion episodes really well.
So far so good. But we've been trying to get our one young lady Mia for Tuesday & Thursday and just have Angelica Sunday. But for some reason they don't wanna respond to our request, so needless to say not really happy.

Homewatch CareGivers of Santa Rosa was really easy to work with. My grandmother can be a bit particular but she's been comfortable with her caregiver. They help with meals, walks etc and just being there so she's not alone all day. Thank you.
My 2 caregivers from HomeWatch (Eric and Janie) and the other caregivers who filled in when my 2 regular caregivers were unavailable were all amazing to work with! HomeWatch management (the President, Debbie, Alex) were also amazing to work with. I highly recommend them!
The the Home Watch caregivers are very efficient effective and friendly. I am so thankful to have the help that they provide they mean a lot to me.
