Eric Malkin, owner of Homewatch CareGivers serving Beachwood, Ohio was inspired to start his business in 2006 after a dear aunt was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
Eric has an MBA and is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), which shows that he is competent and knowledgeable about working with seniors. “I am ultimately responsible for every caregiver that comes into your home and for the care that is delivered to each of our families,” he says. “I do my best to personally meet with each of our clients and work with our nurse to understand our clients’ needs and how we can be of help.”
Eric, who co-owns this business with his wife Rosey Malkin, RN, takes his work with his clients seriously and has been trained in CPR and First Aid.
This northeastern Ohio native embraces golf in summer, “survives” winters by playing tennis and racquetball (“Though I wouldn’t miss the winters, I love this city and marvel at all that is has to offer,” Eric adds), and passionately cheers on Cleveland teams.
He is inspired by his work daily. “I love to reward our caregivers and be part of a perfect match when a caregiver practically becomes part of our client’s family,” Eric says.

My Name is Rosie Malkin I am the operations manager of the Beachwood and Solon offices.
I have a BS in chemistry from Case Western Reserve and BSN and RN from Huron Road.
I’ve been married to Eric for five years and I have one daughter Tiffany who lives in China and a son Anthony who lives in Buffalo New York.
I have worked for the Homewatch caregivers of Beachwood and Westlake for four years.
I am the liaison in the community who works with new clients in hospital discharge planners social workers referral sources to make the best plan for your family member. I head up to Beachwood and Solon offices.
My favorite thing about my job is interacting with my clients and training our staff.
I am a lifelong Indians fan and Golf are very much a homebody with our dog Lexi.

Denise Langa Staffing and Scheduling CoordinatorDenise Langa Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator
Denise Langa, MSW, has been the Consumer Coordinator at Homewatch CareGivers in Beachwood, OH since 2014. Each client has their own unique care plan and it is Denise who coordinates the implementation of these plans for clients who are living with developmental disabilities. She also is part of matching caregivers for these clients and reviewing Medicaid compliance documents.
“My favorite part of my job is the interaction with the individuals and their families,” she says.
Denise also works for the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities as an Investigative Agent (IA). She is a certified IA and Service Support Administrator (SSA).
“When I’m no working, I enjoy time with family, traveling and reading,” Denise shares.

Lisa Anderson, Office Manager, has been at Homewatch CareGivers in Beachwood, Ohio since 2006. She has a BS in Finance and Accounting and is a Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP). Lisa handles the day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on accounting and human resource functions. She left a career in corporate finance and accounting when her kids were born and then started a new life path as a preschool teacher and Meals on Wheels volunteer. It was her volunteering that awakened an interest in working with seniors in her community.
“Knowing that we are in a caring field and that we are making a positive difference in the lives of many seniors and their families is my favorite thing about my job,” says Lisa.
When she’s not at work, she likes to hike and pursue an interest in holistic well-being.
Nancy Papa Community Outreach CoordinatorNancy Papa Community Outreach Coordinator
Nancy Papa is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Beachwood Office of Homewatch CareGivers. She has a BS in BA with a major in marketing and is a Pharmaceutical and Marketing professional with about 31 years of experience in the healthcare market. She is the liaison between our office, our referral sources, and the community. She does educational talks, health fairs, and follow up communication with all parties involved in a referral.
"My favorite thing about my job is seeing someone get the care and help they need to be able to stay at
home safely, wherever home is, and also, that no day is ever the same," says Nancy.
I have been married to Alan for 36 years and have a daughter, Samantha, who lives in Charleston, SC, with her husband Gordy, and our first grandson, Paul Alan, and a son, Anthony, who lives in Riverside, California, with his wife, Kristy. She loves going to Indians games, playing golf, reading and helping her aging Mom in Youngstown every week!

Talitha is the Director of Client Services at Homewatch CareGivers, where she coordinates care for the Senior Department, manages the Office Schedule, and helps train and acquire caregivers. Talitha enjoys building relationships with both caregivers and clients. She often is helping the team in any way she can.
Caregiving has always been a part of Talitha’s life; her mother was a caregiver for over 20 years and has always taught Talitha that helping someone is the kindest act one human can do for another. Before devoting herself to a career in health care, Talitha was active reserve and served 6 years in the United States Navy as a Yeoman. She started as a home aide in college and often picked up shifts when she was home from deployment. Once she was completely retired from the Navy as an E5, she returned to the field she loved.
Talitha loves to cook and is often seen at the skate rinks around the Cleveland area.

Nancy provides administrative support for the Homewatch CareGivers team and she is responsible for the daily operations of our office. Nancy has worked in the community for the last 10 years as an Office Manager, Care Coordinator, scheduler, and house manager. She earned a BA in Psychology and a BA in Family and Consumer studies at Kent State University, with a focus on senior living.
Nancy developed a strong sense of devotion for her passion with the seniors and DD population since 1999. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how every individual has quality of life and her goal is always to make that happen.
