Henry is a former successful newspaper executive turned entrepreneur. He led several companies as president and publisher, including the Bradenton Herald, and was always deeply engaged in the communities where he lived. This included the Mount Nittany Medical Center board of trustees and executive committee while living in State College (PA) and several non-profits while in Manatee County, including the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Manatee Education Foundation, Manatee Community Foundation (where the Lakewood Ranch Community Foundation is setup) and the United Way of Manatee County where he served as county campaign chair.

Henry's mother had a stroke a few years ago and he had his first exposure to the need for quality caregivers. This experience coupled with the significant aging population demographics inspired him to pursue a business that would increase the quality of life of his clients and provide an opportunity to give back to the community.

In 2017 he and his wife Tina established the Henry B. Haitz III Family Fund as part of the Lakewood Ranch Community Fund Founders’ 50 to support philanthropic efforts for those living and working in Lakewood Ranch.

Pam, a registered nurse and certified dementia
practitioner, is the administrator of Homewatch Caregivers of Lakewood Ranch.
Her personal and professional experiences give Pam an essential blend of
practical expertise and first-hand knowledge of what those in need and their
    families are living through.

She worked for Florida's Department of Elder
Affairs making assessments and recommendations for those in need of care. She
also worked for OPIS Senior Services Group (ranked among the state's leading providers of senior services) as a learning specialist developing and providing education for caregivers.

Pam helped care for her mother in the last few
years of her mothers' life, which left her with a strong interest in providing
others with the information and services they need in their own quest for
quality of life, independence and peace of mind for their families.
