Lori opened a Homewatch CareGivers office in Windsor CT in 2011, and then acquired the Western MA locations in 2017. After many years working as an IT executive for a number of Fortune 500 companies, Lori chose to channel her passion for leadership and business management into a homecare service venture. According to Lori, she is ‘a very involved owner, and I continue to be active in the day to day delivery of our services.” “We really make a difference in people’s lives, and I enjoy being a part of that, along with my very capable team.” Lori holds a BS in Business from Bay Path University, and received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She and her husband, Mike, really enjoy water sports, kayaking, fishing and boating-- especially on Cape Cod. Spending time with good friends and family always helps her to relax and recharge. -

Crystal brings her experience in nursing care to her role, overseeing client care and services for Homewatch CareGivers in Western Mass. Her significant experience in business/office management and human resource management for homecare and assisted living organizations in CT and MA provides solid leadership to our office staff and caregivers. Crystal is very involved with new clients starting care with us, and also oversees the on-going care and service delivery for our agency.

Jose has been with our team since 2019, and manages caregiver recruiting, onboarding, scheduling logistics, and client/customer service and satisfaction at Homewatch CareGivers. He has a diverse background in call center management and healthcare support services, with a focus on human resource disciplines and workforce development. Jose earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Christina joined Homewatch Caregivers in 2019, bringing with her prior experience in healthcare support roles, scheduling, and administrative functions. Her background in the home healthcare industry has added value and expertise to our team. She is primarily responsible for schedule management, coordinating caregiver shifts and customer service. Christina is enthusiastic about interacting with clients, their families and providing support and communication to our caregivers.

Community Outreach
Lisa received a BA from Smith College and has been with Homewatch CareGivers for over 15 years. She has built solid relationships with business partners and residential senior communities in and around the Greater Springfield area. Her energetic advocacy efforts for elders and their families helps us to stay in tune with home care needs across Western MA. Lisa represents Homewatch CareGivers in connecting directly with clients, families, and various healthcare partners. You may also see her in multiple eldercare settings, playing guitar and singing, as part of her therapeutic music efforts.
