Belinda Gordon is the President and CEO of Homewatch Caregivers of the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, a member of the National Care Planning Counsel, a Certified Pathways Specialist and Eden at Home Associate whose area of expertise is keeping Elders safe at home.
Previously a Wall Street executive, personal experience lead Belinda into the Home Care industry. Her mother was afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and, as the disease progressed, Home Care workers helped with her care. Belinda saw firsthand how in-home care benefited not only her parents but also the entire family.
In addition to being raised by a woman with a disability, as a teenager Belinda was a companion to a woman in her nineties and babysat for a child with Downs Syndrome. These childhood influences give her a unique insight into the lives of those needing Long Term Care.

Paul Gordon is the Owner of Homewatch Caregivers of the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. He is also a winner of the Trailblazer Award from Homewatch International, recognizing franchise partners who capitalized on an opportunity to grow their revenue in both their local areas and in the network as a whole.
Previously in financial services, Paul brought Homewatch CareGivers to the Lehigh Valley in 2002 and expanded into the Poconos in 2006. He is a member of the Home Care Association of America.
Drawn to open a Home Care Agency by the huge role home care played in his own life, Paul remains committed to enriching local communities by providing the highest level of home care to people of all ages. For the past 14 years he has remained dedicated to helping local residents remain safe and secure in their homes for as long as they choose.
Joshua Benavides Manager of OperationsJoshua Benavides Manager of Operations
Joshua has been with Homewatch CareGivers since 2004. Currently the Manager of Operations, he has worn many hats over the course of his tenure with the agency. He has previously been involved with Human Resources, New Client Intake, and Caregiver Orientation—to name a few.
Joshua's current duties include Billing, Payroll, IT Management and Bookkeeping.
When he's not at the office, Josh has a plethora of hobbies and interests to keep him busy. First and foremost, he's returned to school to work toward a degree in Information technology (IT).
Maritza Feliciano Manager of CareMaritza Feliciano Manager of Care
Maritza Feliciano started out with Homewatch Caregivers of the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos in 2006 as a Home Health Aide, assisting with daily activities and personal care for homebound and assisted living clients.
Over the last decade, Maritza has worked her way up to Office Assistant, Care Coordinator, Assistant with HR, Supervisor on Call & Assistant Administrator. She is now the Manager of Care Services.
There is truly no task too big or too small for Maritza here at Homewatch CareGivers. She loves building relationships and coming together to create new ideas that can help seniors live a better life at home.
Mary Regis Care CoordinatorMary Regis Care Coordinator
Mary Regis has been with Homewatch CareGivers of the Lehigh Valley & the Poconos as a Care Coordinator,since the summer of 2015. Prior to joining our staff, she was a Certified Medical Assistant and had been a phlebotomist for 15 years, helping to draw blood from patients ultimately used for things like clinical and medical testing, transfusions, donations or research.
As a member of our team, Mary helps to provide care management for people of all ages and their families, and to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function independently in accordance with the Homewatch CareGivers philosophy.
A New Jersey native, Mary also spent time as a podiatric medical assistant in the Bangor/Pocono area and has been a full-time resident of the Pocono Mountain region for the past decade.
Cheryl Gillen HR SpecialistCheryl Gillen HR Specialist
Cheryl Gillen is a Human Resources Specialist here at Homewatch CareGivers of the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. Her responsibilities include everything from recruitment and staffing to orientation, interviews, employee relations, payroll, general paperwork upkeep and answering phones.
Cheryl has over 16 years of experience in human resources and payroll. Prior to joining Homewatch CareGivers, she worked at Nationwide Insurance and says choosing HR as a career was only natural. She enjoys seeing the “bigger” picture of how things work, being a leader and says that being able to resolve problems calmly comes naturally.
Away from the office, Cheryl leads a lifestyle of self-sufficiency known as homesteading. She makes her own butter and laundry detergent, and also grows her own food. She is active in teaching her children to life off the land, and her retirement goal is to own a completely solar/wind powered home that is completely “off the grid.”
