Director of Operations
Hi, my name is Bella. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 40 years in various positions including as a certified nursing assistant, home health aide, rehab technician, telemetry tech, and dialysis clinic office manager. The first 20 years of my career I worked at an intensive rehabilitation hospital specializing in aiding patients with spinal cord injuries and strokes. These patients came to us from the hospital and went through intensive rehabilitation to get better; they learned how to care for themselves and cope with their disabilities. We involved the patient’s family and friends with their care. I remember the first time I was asked by a patient’s wife to help her care for her husband when he went home from the hospital. They were newly-weds, and in their early 70’s. They had only been married for 2 years, however, I could sense their love and care for each other. Unfortunately, her husband slipped and fell, broke his neck, and became a quadriplegic. The wife told me, “I really don’t want to send my husband to a nursing home, can you help me just a few hours in the morning?” This was the start of my caring career. I love helping people, and I have a caring spirit. I started this business because I want to make a positive impact in people’s lives, and I look forward to serving this community. When given the privilege to care for your loved one, I will ensure they are treated as if they were a part of my own family. -
