Cincinnati North Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties

The term plan of care sounds so dry, when in fact it is where we record getting to know each of our clients in Cincinnati North. Take, for example, one of our clients, a 91-year old man who is a diabetic and needs to be in a wheelchair. While our care starts with the plan of care, it is more than just a checklist for this gentleman. Our caregiver learned that this man enjoys hunting and fishing and time in the great outdoors. On the surface, this 38-year old mother wouldn’t seem to be a perfect match, but the truth is they love to go fishing together! When the weather isn’t good, they visit a sporting goods store instead. We like to find out what’s important to our clients for both their physical well-being and emotional well-being.
