Kyle Dodge from Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers in Lockport will be presenting on the importance of balance and fall prevention. Falls threaten seniors in our community the most compromising their independents. You will be learning the basics of balance, helpful tricks and tips to reduce your overall risk of fall and identify your personal level of fall risk in a safe environment.
