Bethlehem's Hiring Process

The Importance of Caregiving

Homewatch CaregiverCaregivers, you are our greatest asset and we want to make you feel that way every day. We offer health and wellness insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision and life benefits and on-going professional training via our Homewatch CareGivers University online. Caregivers can work part-time or full-time to suit their lives and schedules.

Steps to Becoming a Caregiver

In order for our clients and our caregivers to feel confident and secure, we have created a process for thoroughly interviewing and screening each applicant. Our Human Resources Specialist and Manager of Client Services combine expertise to hire and manage all of our caregivers. Throughout the process they are looking for people who are passionate about helping others, patient, reliable, and who display good communication skills.
