Bathing – shower-stand by assist

Dressing – independently done by client

Grooming – grooming as requested or needed

Food preparation – breakfast full assist

Housekeeping – change linens, check refrigerator for expired/leftover food, clean shower after use, clean toilet as needed, take our recyclables when full, take out trash when full, wash dishes, load/unload dishwasher, water plants, any other housekeeping requested or needed

Hydration – offer water

Afternoon

Lunch – full assist

Medication – reminder

Toilet – stand by-assist

Wellness – exercise as requested/needed, proper infection control practices, and use of PPE followed while providing care

Hydration – offer water

Laundry – as requested

Shopping – maintain a grocery list

Transportation – take accompany, run errands

Night

Dinner – full assist

Medication – reminder

Toilet – stand by-assist

Evening snack – full assist

Safety – turn off stove burners and oven, lock all doors as requested

Bed Time – charge devices, dressing – independent
