    I started HWCG of San Juan Capistrano late in 2014. After working in Retail for 30 years, being in charge of hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and hundreds of associates, I wanted to be an owner of a business that was meaningful, that helped people in need. So my partner, Matt, and I investigated Elder Care as an opportunity. It became apart that there was a wide range of quality in Elder care, and that the population was continually growing. With our parents and grandparents having had care issues, we were motivated to be the best In Home Care agency in southern California.

    After researching many different opportunities, we decided on a franchise with HomeWatch CareGivers. The company has been in business for 40 years and has a great reputation. There was an open territory close to our homes; it was ideal. It has been a fantastic journey; helping the elderly, and creating opportunities for caregivers to earn a decent wage. Personally providing care when the regular caregiver was ill or had personal issues. We strive to be the best and be there, always, for our clients and caregivers.

    Tami joined Homewatch CareGivers of San Juan Capistrano as an administrative assistant and later transitioned into a scheduler position. Before joining the team at Homewatch CareGivers, Tami worked as a registered caregiver for 8 years. She has worked with a variety of clients with various needs and has a strong background with the business aspect of an office. Since joining the office team she has been involved in creating customized matches between our amazing caregivers, and unique, wonderful clients, being a part of the intake process of onboarding clients, as well as many other tasks in and out of the office. Tami continues to provide client care as needed and loves connecting with new and previous clients. Tami has a heart for caring for each client in a unique and personalized manner and ensuring caregivers know they are a vital part of our team. In her off-time Tami enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading.

    I joined Homewatch Caregivers in 2016 as a business partner assisting in Human Resources; Hiring and Training our Caregivers. I also having the pleasure of being a caregiver as well. It is very helpful to work as a caregiver so I understand all facets of the work, and can provide better support for our caregivers.

    I have over 30 years of Retail Management experience in the fields of Finance, Store management and HR. I've always loved working with people and it's been a wonderful transition working for Homewatch and applying my background in finding passionate caregivers to join our team. Being a caregiver myself, it helps me know what traits to look for that make our caregivers the best at what they do.

    After seeing my mother care for my increasingly ailing father who lived in Illinois, I saw the toll it took for someone to care for their loved one and it was an easy choice to enter this field and it's been a joy to assist our seniors and their families!

    Married with two grown sons and two dogs. Love spending time with my husband as we continually work in our garden and take those long walks along the beach.

    I have worked as a caregiver for 15 years. Two of those years I assisted clients with special needs from whom I learned a lot, about compassion, acceptance and respect. I started working for Homewatch CareGivers of San Juan Capistrano in May , 2016 as a caregiver. Couple months after I was offered the Admin position, 6 months later I accepted to be the scheduling coordinator/Admin assistant. On June, 2018 I was delighted to accept my new positions as the Office Manager. “ Working for Brad and Homewatch has been the most rewarding and positive experiences in my life” I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband, mother to 3 beautiful children and proud dog mom. I enjoy cooking and helping others, mostly I am excited about learning new things.
