Brad was born and raised in Michigan before moving to Florida in 2015 with his wife Chantiell. As President of Homewatch CareGivers of South Orlando, Brad is responsible for its overall leadership, direction and operation. Son of a retired minister, faith and values remain at the center of his personal life. His mother, father and both sets of grandparents played a critical role in the strategy that is life while keeping centered on things most important in life. Both Brad and Chantiell are animal lovers and proud parents to three dogs and two cats (all rescues)!
Both in the community, home, and church Brad is actively engaged in serving and leadership activities. His community and church family are an imperative piece to his personal growth and development. Meeting others “where they are,” mentally, physically and emotionally to help solve a need for a loved one has been a passion since a very young age.
After 20 years in the telecommunications industry Brad decided to follow his passion to serve and help others with ownership of Homewatch CareGivers of South Orlando. Extensive leadership and management training and development had a lasting impact and carry over to the structured management of Homewatch CareGivers. As a customer service driven industry, his experience drives toward holistic client satisfaction, vision, and commitment.
Leslie Mistry is the Senior Administrator for Homewatch CareGivers of metro Orlando. Leslie received her bachelor of nursing degree from Madonna University (Livonia, MI) in 1995. Having lived in Michigan her whole life, she moved to Winter Garden, Florida six years ago. During her initial 25 years in nursing, she worked in a community hospital in Livonia, Michigan as a Medical/Surgical and Oncology nurse. She went on to specialize in Outpatient Oncology and got her Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN). She also has 12 years of experience in Interventional Pain Management, Home Health Care, Respite Day Care specializing in adults with disabilities, clinical acute care and Endoscopy services. Her passion and goals in nursing include patient and family education, Nurse Navigation (keeping patients on track with care and treatment and clarifying lines of communication between all members of the care team) and being a patient advocate.
Leslie believes that nursing consists of two main components: Skilled Nursing and Unskilled Nursing. Both are equally important to a patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
In her downtime, Leslie enjoys fishing, taking care of all animals, golfing, shopping with her daughter and just having the time to browse at the local grocery store. She has been married to her loving husband for 22 years and has one daughter who is currently a sophomore at Florida State University with aspirations to become an orthodontist.
