Here, home care is human.

Who We Are

We value getting to know our clients and focus on their individual needs and goals, we are able to create a place where both clients and caregivers thrive together in meaningful relationships. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or just starting your caregiving career, you can expect to a part of a supportive team where the focus is your success.

Companion Care

First-time caregivers may thrive in delivering companion care, which applies to people of all ages and addresses many life situations like caring for a mildly ill child, a pregnant spouse or an elder needing assistance in the home. A typical day may include running routine errands, light housekeeping, and lending a hand in a variety of daily tasks.

Personal Care

Chronic conditions such as diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis or post-surgery recovery are just a few of the conditions that might prompt the need for in-home personal care assistance. A plan of care is customized to help the client maintain as much independence as possible. Caregivers play an important role in assisting with activities of daily living while encouraging clients to be an active participant in their care.

Specialized Dementia Care

Each person living with dementia is wonderfully unique and deserves to be treated as an individual. Someone living with memory challenges may have difficulty completing tasks of daily living or simply enjoying everyday things that an individual may take for granted. Our approach to dementia care is rooted in a person-centered method that focuses on improving well-being and quality of life.

Training that Supports You

Every caregiver deserves quality training that builds on what you bring to the job. Our professionally-developed online university is an employee benefit that sets you up for long lasting success in your role. You can learn about nutrition, infection control, condition-specific care techniques such as dementia care and those living with mobility challenges. Ongoing training provides professional growth and can position you for advancement within the company.
