Homewatch CareGivers (HWCG) is proud to announce Tiara Copeland as “Caregivers of the Month"
Tiara is new to the company and to the role of caregiving. After years of watching her mother tenderly care for her older patients, Tiara was motivated to get the training she needed in order to follow in her mother’s footsteps.
Tiara possesses patience, compassion, attentiveness, dependability, and trustworthiness … five characteristics of an exemplary caregiver. HWCG Employee Relations Manager said … “she has been nothing short of amazing!” Tiara has accepted a variety of assignments including some that require a more extensive level of personal care. She has excelled with these clients and they all love her. This came from developing a trusting relationship which is the key in any relationship.
Tiara is extremely dependable, many times arrives early for her assignments, and is a great team player. As an example, she requested additional training with other caregivers (on the same team) to identify ways to improve their client’s health and quality of life.
Caregiving comes natural to Tiara. HWCG is so lucky to have her!
